We are a team of diverse and feminist women who, as transpersonal researchers, accompany individual people and organizations, networks, social movements, institutions, collectives that accompany other people from comprehensive perspectives. We are interested in producing complex knowledge articulated to holistic feminism from decolonial, intersectional and transfeminist perspectives to explore and understand learned cultural patterns and contribute to healing collective wounds. We start by connecting with the body as a whole: physical, emotional, energetic-spiritual, psychological, sexual, socio-historical. From there, we promote group support processes, training-experiential processes and research that contribute to the regeneration of damaged social fabrics.
We propose to accompany women and adults who dissident heteronormativity and racism who are willing to begin healing processes for their emotional wounds, articulating this effort to their commitment to social transformation. We are an organizational project that seeks comprehensive sustainability, as a way to generate political autonomy.
Contribute to personal, relational and social change from the awareness of the cultural patterns that have harmed us and that we still reproduce, to destructure oppressions and/or internalized privileges and contribute to the creation of an emotional culture for Good treatment, which interconnects : the individual and the collective; the emotional-loving with the personal as political; the corporal and sexualities with the spiritual; the subjective with historical memory, the organizational with the interpersonal.
Continue to be an open path for integral feminist healing and Transpersonal thinking to contribute to the generation of an emotional culture for peace, from new forms of coexistence for these and the following generations.
We were born as a result of a personal dream. But what we are now is the result of an intense and sustained collective effort in which we have participated mostly different women, at different times of the birth, growth, and organizational maturity of Center Q anil. We begin by identifying how they would be the first processes of emotional ams group, in the adaptation of the methodology of Therapy Reunion in Guatemala; gradually emerged diplomats, as part of the training proposal conceptual and experiential which is characteristic of us. Finally we assume that the research is cross-sectional axis of all the work we do. So we became a Training Center-Healing Research and Transpersonal.
We assume from the start that the communication would be shaft supporter of our activity. Initially, to leave a record of the activities that we promote; but gradually and increasingly, as a sign of identity, a way of feeling, thinking, and expressing the languages that we articulate. Today, when speaking of communication, we refer to the processes that determine our way of being and coordinate, both inwards and outwards of our organization.
We arise assuming that the main source of our sustainability would be determined by the proper management of our organizational forms, as well as for the orderly management of our economic management; but little by little we realized that this was the integration of the ethical, political-cultural, organizational, communication, and economic that in reality would make sense to the search for sustainability.
It was in the year 2017, which began a Process of Comprehensive Management from the perspective of the Alternative Communication, developing a diagnosis to a collective over a year and a half allowed us to get insight about who we were and we definitively changed the vision about the kind of space to organise that we could begin to build.
To do this presentation has been possible, because of the level of detail that allow us to understand how we organize ourselves to intervene in reality. So it was as we came to the conformation of the following programs.
